I'm playing The Silver Case currently. It's a visual novel by Grasshopper Manufacture. It's really hard to describe but it has a dark and very mysterious vibe. I'm enjoying it so far, each chapter is pretty self-contained and the structure is interesting. There are two parallel narratives that you advance separately between chapters, but they all follow the general plot in tandem. Each has a different style, Transmitter being the "main meat" of the plot and Placebo being a kind of introspective follow-up to the former, with a more traditional visual novel style. Both tell great stories in different ways and the dialogue is great, especially in the Placebo sections.
